Patch Testing

If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

Orders and Purchases

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or otherwise not successfully completed, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the associated order.

Shipping

Ondulado currently ships within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping times displayed on our website or provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occur.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been delivered according to the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier, Ondulado is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or taken from the delivery location.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and the applicable carrier.

Please contact us if you believe there has been a delivery issue so that we can determine whether additional assistance is available.

Returns and Refunds

Because Ondulado is a small business, we have a limited return policy.

For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, opened or used haircare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, contaminated, or otherwise cannot be resold may not be eligible for a return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us at info@onduladoproducts.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order information and photographs of the product and packaging when requested.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received a defective product, contact us at:

  • Photographs or video of the product and packaging, when applicable

We may request additional information to determine the appropriate resolution.

We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective based on the information provided.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.
